Description

Will develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls; coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products. At this level, work is typically performed under the guidance of a Sr. Engineer or Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or similar discipline
  • CAD & SolidWorks skills
  • Basic BOM understanding
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • English reading and writing level above B1
  • Teamwork skills
  • Independent Problem-Solving skills
  • Learning ability
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Principles
  • Alphacam, Pitagora & CNC programming skills are favorable but not a must
